Agreement version history

Every version of the Rave Builder Client Services Agreement stays published at a permanent address. Your Order Form names the version that applies to you, and that version stays available here for as long as it governs your account, and after.

If you are not sure which version applies to you, check your signed Order Form or email hello@ravebuilder.com.

Version 1.2Current	December 15, 2026	In effect	Section 15 now covers the small “Website by Rave Builder” credit carried in the footer of sites we host or maintain, and sets out that we may link to and feature your site in our advertising while we host or maintain it. Your customer data and form submissions are never shown. Nothing else changed.
Version 1.1	November 13, 2026	Superseded December 15, 2026	Removed the six-month wait before a client may buy their website. The release fee on the Order Form can now be paid at any time, whether or not the client is still subscribed. Nothing else changed.
Version 1.0	October 7, 2026	Superseded November 13, 2026	First published version.
